4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Company Property:
All content and materials available on our website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—are the property of WellFramed Media or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Client Work:
Upon final payment, ownership of final “Work Made For Hire” deliverables is transferred to the client. WellFramed Media retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, or promotional channels (including website galleries such as “Our Work” or service packages like “Simple Solutions Package”) unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

5. User Content & Privacy

By submitting content to our services (including through our Client Portal, contact forms, or email communications), you grant WellFramed Media a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your project or providing requested services.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, and by using our website or services you consent to the collection and handling of your data as described therein.

6. Payment & Projects

Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on any design, development, or media project.

Revisions:
Standard projects include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or changes beyond the originally agreed scope (“scope creep”) may incur additional fees at our current hourly or project rate.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While WellFramed Media strives to deliver high-quality creative and digital marketing solutions tailored for small and medium-sized businesses, we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as increased sales, website traffic, or specific search engine rankings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellFramed Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities—arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services, website, or Client Portal at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to our business, services, or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
